Physical Description:

The diminutive Aeldgyth shows quite an advanced age for a gnome. Her hair, which she puts up in looped braids to keep it from spilling down past her waist, has gone completely silver, and her unarmored figure is noticeably plump. She keeps her clothes and armor squeaky-clean, and has something of a mischievous smile in nearly all circumstances.

Holds two doctorates, neither of them in anything practical, from the lamentably blown-up-and-irradiated Gnomeregan University. Reads nearly every written language, ancient or modern -- but has a terrible time speaking them unscripted.

History:

Aeldgyth is deliberately vague about her past. She is quite unmistakably dead, with the usual pale skin and glowing eyes of a death knight, but avoids going into detail regarding her prior life. Other than referring to her time as a professor at "Gnomer U," the long-destroyed University of Gnomregan, she says little about friends or family. Her value to the Lich King seems to have been similarly academic; she served as a trainer for other death knights in Archerus.
